Messaging strategy: 15 minutes I agree with my colleague about the need to retain members. If we must do a "working lunch" (which, in my opinion, ends up not working all that well, and often not fitting my definition of "lunch") I agree that is a reasonable use of that "time." If memory serves, this is one of the locations where we do a working lunch because of F&B, correct? However, I'd add that, if we do that, we should also allocate at least 5-10 minutes while in session to handle motions resulting from that discussion. Joshua A.
