We are discussing whether to censure one of our members. Nothing should be more open and transparent than that.  A motion brought publicly and having the appropriate number of co-sponsors to move forward.

If you wish to vote no, vote no, if you think it should be handled by a different body, say so.  If you don't want to discuss don't.

Hell, if you think it calls for some form of "executive session" at least have the "testicular fortitude", to steal a phrase from another member of this body, to call for that publicly.
