Justin, the proposals would be presented with or without the venue representatives. The question was whether or not it was considered necessary to have them on the call to speak for themselves. I want to be sure that part was clear. The LNC would not be expected to make a decision, or choose something, without actual documented information and evidence of its ability to meet our needs... The Convention Oversight Committee wants to know if the LNC would like presentations at our meeting tomorrow from the various venues we are considering for the postponed physical convention approved by the committee last weekend. The presenters should be able to answers questions about what steps their venue will take to protect the safety of our delegates in addition to those about their bids.
