Were results announced on this 2018-13 email ballot? I don't see it in my thread. We can go look at the tally sheet, but my presumption is that the tally sheet is just a work-in-progress until the results are announced.
I saw results on 2018-14 and 2018-15, and all three of these ended at the same time 5 days ago.
