I believe that the policy manual states that the COC approves with the
chair signing. I am not in a place where I can verify that right now; am I
incorrect?
Two important questions need to be answered and please copy and paste
relevant guidelines here:
1) Is the COC required to approve the convention contract?
2) Did the COC approve the previous version prior to adding their
"suggestions"?
