I actually don't see anything that would make Mr. Fishman ineligible to serve on this committee, even if he is a member of staff. We have a policy that forbids employees from being on the LNC, or from being on bylaws-created committees, but this committee is an LNC creation. Mr. Fishman is fairly well qualified to serve on this committee if he wishes to continue. I fully expect that the LNC will vote to approve Mr. Fishman's hiring. If he decides that his plate is full with that task and wishes to resign from the CVPC, certainly that would be understandable. I don't know whether Mr. Fishman's comment here was predicated on the beginning comment suggesting that he would be ineligible once hired?
