I made this in another thread and it went unacknowiedged. I do not believe the chair has the authority as per RONR language cited by Ms Mattson to remove Hayes from the committee. He is still a voting member and should be allowed a vote in the contract approval meeting. The chair had the power to remove him as chair. He abused that power but he has it. He does not have the power to remove him unilaterally.
