Also, on the last two votes, the Chairman strayed from the established procedure of using the polling feature, and instead had us use the yes/no feature, thus wiping out raised hands. We couldn't raise the point of order, because we still have no mechanism to do so, and aren't able to speak freely. We really need the current motion/amendment written up on a screen somewhere.
Suggest having a consistent amount of time from the chair calling for the vote to announcing the final vote count. Maybe 10 seconds?
If I take a drink each time the next speaker says, "can you hear me?", I'll be drunk before the end of the day.
