I'd like to recognize something in this recent communication regarding the expiration date of my membership.

Please see below for an auto-generated reminder coming from LPHQ. I've shared with both Robert and Wes my appreciation for this type of "ask." I renewed yesterday at the suggested level as my "answer" to that ask. The only thing that would have made it better were defining the benefits (the value proposition that Arvin and Carla keep mentioning) attained by this type of membership over the one that just expired.

Kudos to the staff for recognizing that we won't get what we don't ask for.
