I will join the call for a electronic meeting of the LNC on Saturday, June 20, 2020 beginning at 7pm Eastern Time for the purpose of authorizing a LNC officer other than the Chair to sign the contract with the AV Group that has been approved by both the COC and Oliver Hall, Special Counsel to the LNC.
If the Chair signs this contract or authorizes a staff member to sign in his place prior to the established meeting date and time then this call for a meeting becomes moot.
