Dear All, Attached are the nomination forms printed and signed by the convention chair and secretary in 2016 after the nomination of Gary Johnson and Bill Weld. They are in two separate attachments, one for Kansas, which had an early deadline, and one for the other 56 jurisdictions. To maintain ballot access in the maximum number of states, it is my intent to send these signed forms out on the first business day after the online convention that will be gaveled in tonight and completed over this weekend. The Secretary has previously indicated a belief that she could not in good conscience sign these forms after the close of an online convention without a belief that she would be engaging in “perjury.” Is it still the case that the Secretary would object to signing these certificates of nomination this coming week after the nomination of President and Vice Presidential candidates in our online convention and in advance of a second sitting of the convention in Orlando in July? Yours truly, Nick
