I had asked Mr. Sarwark in the meeting about being prepared to project motions on screen and I didn't understand his answer. I figured rather than taking time away from delegate questions, I would ask here. He seemed to say Ms. Crawford was taking care of letting him know who was on deck etc but that was not my question. When business actually starts, it would be the convention secretary responsible for projection and that is what I was asking about. If the chair meant that this would be handled by someone else the entire time, I would object as I am convention secretary. Obviously who is on deck and the like is not my job but I am trying to seek clarification about motions. If the chair or Mr. Fishman or whoever is organizing that can please answer I would appreciate it.
