[Lnc-business] Two New Ballot Access Lawsuits Filed

Greetings, We have filed two new emergency actions seeking relief from petitioning requirements due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The first is in Pennsylvania and the second is in Maryland. We have also filed motions for preliminary relief in both cases. We should be having expedited hearings in both cases in the next couple of weeks. Hopefully, we'll win another quick judgment in our favor along the lines of the relief the court ordered in Illinois. -Oliver
