Despite disagreements and arguments, I find the lack of transparency and inclusion of our secretary in planning and practicing for the convention very disturbing.
At best it is negligence on someone's part, and appears to be dereliction of duty.
Despite her objections she has stated she will do her best to make it a success, and what I witnessed in the session I attended bears that out.
This is not ok, and I find the silence on it as or more disturbing.
