The message which started this thread indicated a need for Nick to appoint an interim chair for the Candidate Support Committee, but the Sept 29-30 minutes identified Sam Goldstein as being the chair of that committee. If it is confirmed that the committee has chosen him as their permanent chair, we can update that detail on the webpage listing committee memberships. On that webpage, I noticed that it shows Jim Turney as a member of the Ballot Access Committee. Unless something has changed that I missed, that should instead be Richard Winger, per Mr. Sarwark's email dated 10/19. The Voting Procedures Committee will have Mr. Sarwark and Ms. Harlos as ex-officio, non-voting members, per the Sept 29-30 meeting, so we could add that to the webpage. At the same time staff updates those details, they might as well go ahead and incorporate the very recent news which is so fresh as to not yet have made it to a webpage update: Aeris Stewart was chosen as chair of the Youth Outreach Committee (see 11/9 email from Ms. Lee) Region 6 appointed Phil Anderson to the Blockchain Committee (see 11/9 email from Mr. Phillips) And a very minor tweak regarding the Convention Oversight Committee: last term Daniel Hayes was on that committee as an LNC member, but this term he is a non-LNC appointee.
