Thank you for reaching out Mr Bowden.  Some may agree with you, some may not, but that concern (and others) are and will be discussed. 

Whether this case is against the policy or not, party officers and employees acting in a way that seems to affiliate us with another party should always be looked at closely.

We are not Republican or Democrat lite, and avoiding making it appear as if we are should always be in the forefront of our public actions.

I do have faith that Mr Fishman had no untoward intentions.  I am a firm follower of Hanlon's Razor.  Appearances and reactions however may not always line up with intentions. So thank you for bringing it to our attention.

On Sept. 19th this year, Jess Mears posted a photo from a Weld fundraiser at Right Proper Brewing Company. In the top, right hand corner, Mr. Fishman is pictured. Witness accounts state that he introduced the former Governor to the crowd. I am requesting this issue be looked into as I believe it may violate the Employee Policy Manual, and may also violate Article 2(1) of our Bylaws. Page 32 (i believe is the correct page) forbids employees from supporting or contributing to a candidate prior to nomination. The part that is most concerning is that this was intended to not show bias within our party, but this goes beyond because this is a candidate who is actively seeking the nomination of the Republican Party and advocates many things outside our platform and Statement of Principles. We should not be promoting a candidate, even if they did at one time pay for a lifetime membership when that member acts counter to our objectives of a world set free in our lifetime.
