I have no objection to hearing Youth Caucus and/or Radical Caucus reports from our colleagues, if they wish to report on behalf of those caucuses – a party with a variety of active caucuses is a party with an engaged grassroots base, and that is something we should encourage – but since I was not aware of Sam belonging to the Libertine Caucus, I would ask him to give us a demonstration to prove that he is a member in good standing.
