I have heard from some to say this is too late doesn't look good whatever. I empathize. But I do not concur. There is saying to not throw good money after bad. I am not going to stick with a bad decision because the timing is not right. And yes everything is shit right now, and I blame this squarely on the chair, and I am not going to refrain from making the right decision for the party - this is the right decision. Better late than never. But my job is also to support the decision we make. If we make a different decision, I will do my duty and my job. I will not seek subterfuge and undermining.
