Actually, its been brought to my attention that I may have misread this as presented. I was under the impression that the intent was to have ineligibilities during the 12 months following an LNC tenure to be waivable by 3/4 vote of the LNC. 

This version specifically prohibits employment whatsoever with no authority for the LNC to override it. 

My intent was NOT to bind the next LNC, but to put reateictions requiring a high barrier of institutional consent on current members seeking to leverage relationships in the future. 

If I was mistaken in misreading this, I'm sorry, but I had thought the intent of my suggestions was clear in that matter.
