There is some money in the budget for outreach.  I'd put together a proposal if you want LNC funding for all/part of this event and send it out for email ballot approval (assuming you can get 3 other co-sponsors or have Nick sponsor it).

I was asked by Colorado to find out about any potential interest (or how to go about) in National sponsoring or assisting Colorado in sponsoring an Outreach event at Riot Fest.  This is an incredibly large event that draw in people from across the country, even from out of country.
