Since we have several new Regional Representatives on the board I have attached a sample
Regional Report from my time as Region 3 Alternate.  We found this format to be very easy
to update for each meeting.

I know as a member I felt disconnected from the party governance.  This is a way to get members involved.  Involved members are active and happy members that help our Party grow.
