I should point out that we are only challenging a few things with this
case at this time.
1. Wording on the MN nominating petition (that bans signers from
voting in a primary)
2. The petition deadline of June 2 for our state candidates (should be
August when POTUS deadline is, when our MN major party primary occurs)
A few days ago we got a small legislative win on being allowed to
collect electronic signatures. We are processing and proceeding as
such. We got the MN SOS to author this amendment for us and it
actually passed both chambers and got signed by our Governor with some
other election funding proposals unrelated to us.
We will be following up with other lawsuits should we win this one, to
challenge bigger barriers. But in consultation with our lawyer we
wanted to get some low hanging fruit win momentum behind us. Its a
marathon.
