Thanks! I figured there was more than one person on both :(. I still wonder what triggered the recount. I agree that David V would be on the committee, and not Richard, given that vote...then, if and when a vacancy occurs, Richard could be nominated to fill it, as the next highest vote getter. Because Ms. Hogarth was a candidate on one of the two ballots counted, she counted one and I counted the other, the one she was a candidate on. As much as I would love to tell you all that I am infailable, I certainly am not and certainly could have made a tally mistake.
