Susan, The COC recognizes the LNC Chair's authority to name the Chair of the Committee per the Policy Manual. We don't recognize his ability to remove a member from the Committee without our approval and that point is currently the subject of a motion before the LNC. 1) Is the COC required to approve the convention contract? 2) Did the COC approve the previous version prior to adding their "suggestions"?
