Is it just me, or is anyone else a bit concerned that so many items in the LPStore don’t actually mention the Libertarian Party? Our donors can find plenty of organizations that spread ‘libertarian ideas’ with clever, attractive buttons and tshirts. It seems to me that our marketing should be centered on the *Libertarian Party*. For instance, I saw the ‘tarrifs are taxes that Americans pay’ shirt. I’d love it IF it said Libertarian Party somewhere. But if I just wanted a pithy phrase I’d choose a better design. What I want is for that idea to be associated with the Libertarian Party, and for my affiliation with the LP and its ideas to be obvious. It’d be like a double-A baseball team having a shirt that said ‘baseball is great!’ So what? That does exactly zero to get any interest in the team itself, even if people agree that baseball is great. This has been nagging at me for some time, so sorry if it comes across as a rant.
