Non-LNC Applicants for the Audit Committee

Our Bylaws specify that two of the members of the Audit Committee be from outside of the LNC. I solicited applicants from the state chairs. As of right now, I have received four applications. I have attached a file with their submitted information. The order presented is the same as the order received. Only the non-officer members of the LNC can vote, so I will not be placing these names before the committee, but I trust one of you will. Additionally, these are the individuals who have submitted their interest ahead of time. I will accept additional nominations from the LNC at the appropriate time on the agenda. I will have thirty printed copies of this document at the meeting. Geoffrey Neale

Our legal counsel will be online for us during the Counsel's Report. I want to scheduling his report for EXACTLY 2PM on Sunday, in order to not have the poor guy waiting by the phone. I'm not sure how to word or order this in the agenda, but I want you to know ahead of time of my intentions. If there's some good reason why we cannot do this, or a reason why we should set a different time, please let me know, and I'll adjust to good feedback and suggestions. If anyone can tell me how to properly state this intent on the preliminary agenda, I'll include this on future proposed agendas. Geoffrey Neale
