<p>As far as I know, this will be the last deliberative meeting of the Rules Committee prior to convention.  I will need time to prepare the report in all 3 formats requested.  We will then need one more meeting after 1/4 to approve the report, and then submit it to the State Party Executive Committee before 1/21.</p>

<p>If there's something you want to have considered on 1/4, please let me know ASAP.  I'll add it to the report. The more time to review it, the better.  Time is of the essence.</p>
