<p>Thanks for this. I noticed that I had a mistake in the "Clean" version and I have attached the corrected version. The change was made in the Markup but was missed in the "Clean". It is the portion about "good standing" being tied to Kentucky /campaign finance/ law. The addendum was "campaign finance". This was agreed to in the Rules Committee as a good change. Would you mind swapping it out? </p>
<p>This should comply with the bylaws as the Markup version was the intended version, and the Clean version is there just for readability's sake.</p>

<p>I am attaching the addendum / revision as permitted by the bylaws. This is the closing period of the comments and revisions for the Constitution under the existing bylaws. </p>
<p>I believe I captured all of the changes to which we agreed. There are still some discrepancies where decisions will need to be made on the floor. But I think I captured everything else.</p>
<p>I'll break up the document as I did before next, but I needed to get this in before midnight to comply. It's 11:50PM. :) </p>
