<p>I am attaching the addendum / revision as permitted by the bylaws.  This is the closing period of the comments and revisions for the Constitution under the existing bylaws.  </p>

<p>I believe I captured all of the changes to which we agreed.  There are still some discrepancies where decisions will need to be made on the floor.  But I think I captured everything else.</p>

<p>I'll break up the document as I did before next, but I needed to get this in before midnight to comply.  It's 11:50PM. :) </p>
