RATIONALE: The Libertarian Party of Illinois maintains specific  <br>
membership, financial donor information, special events and political  <br>
lists used in the CIviCRM system and accordingly must safeguard and  <br>
protect that information for the security and benefit of our present and  <br>
future members, candidates, leadership and chapters/affiliates. <br>
