<p>Despite a few of us (mostly, me) being out of commission for a little bit, a lot has been accomplished the past 60 days including:</p>
<p>- Vendor selection and implementation of Box, our new LP of Illinois DMS (Document Management System)</p>
<p>- Evaluation of new CiviCRM / LPStates upgrade: capabilities / costs / features & limitations</p>
<p>- Starting to learn about Alternative path Zoho / capabilities / costs / features & limitations</p>
<p><br /></p>
<p>A few other notables:</p>
<ul>
<li>Web Division updated candidate information / Elected officials info</li>
<li>Web Division updated lpillinois.org links to point to current documents now on Box platform</li>
<li>Renewing Annual Phone service Grasshopper </li>
<li>After AWS roll-off for old document hosting, we anticipate a Year-end Y/E savings of $300</li>
