<div dir="auto">Kevin , it is possible that a cached password is overriding your efforts with 2FA. If Kelly's good suggestion isn't helping you, go to your browser settings , then history l, and clear the browser cache for the past day (or more ) and try again. </div>

Here's what is happening:<br><br>I go to the lpillinois.org site and enter my login and password. I then get my 2FA authentication number in my personal email. Then, no matter if I enter the authentication number in my login page, or click on the "Continue" link in the 2FA email, that is where everything stops.<br><br>If I hit "continue", it stops at https://lpillinois.org/wp-admin/<br>If I enter the authorization number on the original login, it stops at https://lpillinois.org/wp-login.<wbr>php?action=itsec-2fa&itsec-hb-token=act<br><br>A few times, a CAPTCHA page has come up, I was able to proceed to the login, but it still hangs up as above. I've tried different browsers with the same result (I get a 500 error with Edge, or it takes me to the public site, not CRM).<br><br>Also, once I've tried to log in, unless I clear all my history and cache, if I try again, it goes directly to the logout (https://lpillinois.org/wp-login.<wbr>php?itsec-hb-token=act&loggedout=<wbr>true&wp_lang=en_US)<br><br>I don't know, maybe my bookmark is corrupted or something. Can you send me the link to our CRM page, maybe that would help.
