<p>It turns out there is not a ton of clarity on the <em>when</em> we are supposed to file and what exactly it takes to file. In the past, this was done at the same time as qualifying for other offices, but that has moved up in recent times. <strong>WE NEED A VOLUNTEER TO CALL THE SECRETARY OF STATE AND ASK! </strong>If you're interested, please respond to this email and let us know.</p>
